Manage the preparation and analysis of monthly financial and management reports Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning activities Monitor financial performance and provide meaningful business insights Ensure the accuracy and integrity of balance sheet accounts and financial controls Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency Support ongoing finance transformation and systems enhancement projects Drive automation initiatives within the finance department Assist in developing reporting capabilities through tools such as Power BI and data analytics platforms Lead, mentor, and oversee a finance team of approximately 15 individuals Collaborate with operational stakeholders to strengthen reporting and business decision making Support areas relating to fixed assets, operating expenditure, and property related finance functions Partner with senior management on strategic finance and process improvement initiatives Skills & Experience: CA(SA) qualification with a minimum of 1 year post articles experience, preferably within retail Strong exposure to management reporting and financial analysis Experience working with reporting tools, automation, or finance systems Advanced Excel and strong analytical capabilities Previous team leadership or supervisory experience advantageous Demonstrated ability to enhance processes and improve systems efficiency Qualification: CA(SA) For more information connect with us on
