The role requires advanced clinical competence, sound judgement, and the ability to coordinate holistic care within a multi‑disciplinary team. Key Responsibilities Providing expert assessment, planning and implementation of specialised nursing care. Acting as a clinical resource and patient advocate to ensure safe, high‑quality outcomes. Leading emergency interventions and maintaining best‑practice standards. Supporting continuous training, mentoring and professional development within the unit. Ensuring effective communication, teamwork and optimal utilisation of resources. Requirements Registered Professional Nurse with SANC.
