As a Data Analyst in the Partner BI team, you’ll transform data into actionable insights that shape youth employment strategies. You’ll collaborate across technical and non-technical teams to deliver high-quality analyses, build dashboards, and support operational decision-making. Responsibilities Deliver data analyses to derive business insights. Collaborate with the Data Platform team to ensure accurate pipelines and models. Document data sources, models, and catalogs. Prepare analytical datasets for Partner/Employer teams. Implement data governance policies and ensure data quality. Work closely with stakeholders to understand data needs. Train and support business users in data adoption and interpretation. You’ll be part of a team that’s shaping the future of work in South Africa. You’ll never be bored. Ever Qualifications Degree or diploma in Science/Engineering (Maths, Stats, Computer Science, etc.) 5+ years’ experience as a Data Analyst or BI Analyst. Proven track record of quality delivery. Strong SQL skills and Power BI experience. Ability to explain findings to technical and non-technical audiences. Passion for knowledge sharing and team development.
