A leading organisation specialising in employee financial wellness solutions is seeking a Financial Wellness Coach to join their dynamic team based in Centurion, Lyttelton. Responsibilities Provide one-on-one coaching to employees struggling with debt and financial planning Assist clients in understanding their financial position and developing actionable solutions Educate employees on budgeting, savings, credit scores, and responsible borrowing Guide clients through debt rehabilitation and financial recovery options Maintain accurate coaching records and track progress Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience Empower clients to take ownership of their financial journey Requirements Minimum 1-2 years experience in a financial advisory, debt counselling, collections, credit management, or similar role Knowledge of credit reports, debt review processes, or financial rehabilitation (advantageous) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills able to build trust quickly Strong problem-solving ability and genuine desire to help others Matric required; a qualification in finance, counselling, or related field is a plus Fluent in English; additional South African languages beneficial Must be based in Gauteng or willing to work from Centurion (office-based role) #J-18808-Ljbffr
