Identify potential clients in the startup ecosystem, product companies, and businesses needing custom software solutions. Show a proactive attitude towards developing new campaign ideas. Develop and execute a strategic lead generation plan involving a customized approach to prospects. Write B2B messaging for custom outreach campaigns sent via email and LinkedIn. Schedule semi-automated, semi-manual email send-outs. Handle responses: manage objections, schedule appointments, and follow up with prospects. Build long‑term, trusting relationships with prospects. Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market. Set up meetings or calls between prospective clients and the Business Development Manager. Report weekly sales metrics and performance goals to the sales team and management. Use automation tools (Snov.io, MixMax, etc.) to launch large outreach campaigns. Qualifications 2 years of experience as an SDR or in a similar client‑facing role. Advanced level of English (B2–C1). Experience using sales tools, G‑suite services, and various CRM systems. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with potential clients.
