Key Responsibilities Design mechanical building services and water/wastewater infrastructure systems. Manage projects from concept to completion, including contract administration. Prepare technical reports, specifications, and Bills of Quantities. Conduct site inspections, ensure quality control, and resolve technical issues. Act as the Engineers Representative during construction. Liaise with clients, contractors, and the professional team. Minimum Requirements B.Eng / B.Sc(Eng) / B.Tech Eng in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering 25 years post‑graduate Proven building services project experience AutoCAD (mandatory) Revit MEP (advantage) BIM familiarity (e.g., Autodesk Construction Cloud)
