Key Responsibilities: Managing client accounts and maintaining strong professional relationships Liaising with architects, builders, designers, suppliers, and clients Assisting with quotations, invoicing, purchase orders, and general administration Coordinating project communication and ensuring smooth workflow between all parties Following up with architects and builders to maintain relationships and generate ongoing business opportunities Sending company profiles, brochures, and product information to potential clients and industry professionals Attending client meetings and site visits alongside the Director Assisting with business development and networking opportunities Ensuring exceptional customer service and communication throughout each project lifecycle. Requirements: 12 years experience in Account Management, Client Relations, Sales Support, or a similar role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Well-presented, confident, and professional Strong administrative and organisational abilities Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-end clientele and industry professionals Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer systems Valid drivers licence and own vehicle advantageous Previous experience within interiors, construction, design, architecture, or luxury products beneficial but not essential
