About the Role The Head of Digital & Technology Transformation leads the digital transformation agenda for Hollard Insure, a broker-led business where intermediary relationships are the primary growth and revenue engine. About the Role The role aligns emerging technology, AI enablement, process transformation, and broker and customer experience initiatives to measurable business outcomes, while driving strategic delivery programmes including Project Athena. The role serves as a strategic enabler for the CIO function, accelerating organisational transformation, enabling innovation, improving operational effectiveness, and building future-ready digital capability. Responsibilities The incumbent operates as a transformation orchestration and enablement capability, influencing across business and technology without directly owning infrastructure, software engineering delivery, or PMO functions. Qualifications Relevant degree in technology, business, or a related field; postgraduate qualification preferred. Required Skills Minimum 10 years’ experience in digital transformation, technology leadership, or innovation roles. Proven track record of leading enterprise-scale transformation programmes. Strong understanding of broker-led insurance and intermediary business models. Experience in AI, automation, and emerging technology strategy and implementation.
