Position Overview We have a great position available in Johannesburg for an experienced Admin Clerk at a large motor dealership. Experience in and knowledge of the Motor Industry is required for this position. Added advantage will be knowledge of Evolve software. Key Responsibilities Accurately prepare, process, and issue invoices for clients and finance houses. Input invoicing data into accounting system Evolve or automate with precision, ensuring error‑free entries. Qualifications & Requirements Experience in and knowledge of the Motor Industry. Proven experience as an Invoicing Clerk or in a similar role. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct errors. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Ability to work well in a team. Organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing a variety of invoicing responsibilities in a fast‑paced dealership.
