The purpose of the role is to identify growth opportunities, optimise costs and capital, and improve response times. The role designs and implements innovative business, fit for purpose operating models and data analytics tools that support business strategies. Key performance areas Play a pivotal role in cross‑functional teams to solve complex business challenges with workable solutions. Lead key workstreams within a project, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines. Engage client stakeholders through interviews and workshops. Craft in-depth data analyses using advanced tools and techniques to drive sophisticated hypothesis generation. Accurately derive insights, formulate recommendations and clearly communicates it to others. Actively contribute to practice area development, knowledge sharing and capability building. Take responsibility for the work and performance of others and actively provide constructive feedback. Manage project deliverable completion effectively through task breakdown, prioritisation, execution against timelines, monitoring and driving action. Business model design: Proficiency in understanding and applying financial statements and business concepts, analyzing information, formulating, and testing hypotheses, and developing and communicating business and go‑to‑market recommendations. Operating model design: Proficiency with process design, broad technology architecture/requirements definition and high‑level organisational structure design. Financial case design: Proficiency in designing and developing financial business cases including revenue projection, operational expense levers and cash flows to calculate the net present value of a future initiative. Roadmap development: Proficiency in developing practical and clear short-, medium- and long‑term roadmaps to implement the defined solution blueprint including critical risks and dependencies. Qualifications required Honours degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related field. Skills and experience required Minimum 3 to 5 years of combined consulting and industry experience. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the business context and business environment within which projects are managed. Experience working in teams solving complex client problems through formulating research and/or analytical approaches involving quantitative analyses, conceptualisation and communication of insights and recommendations.
