Consolidating and emailing required reports as requested by Management. Responsible to ensure the vouchers process is followed. Ensure all subsistence and reimbursement forms are correlated and validated and submitted to payroll before deadline. Responsible for administrating AODS either daily or on an ad‑hoc basis. Execute any operational tasks or secretarial duties as directed from time to time. Daily monitoring of emails including week‑ends is a requirement. Available 24/7 in case of emergencies.
