We are seeking a Release Train Engineer (RTE) with 4–7 years of experience to lead and coordinate Agile Release Trains (ARTs) delivering complex solutions across Payments, Investor Services & Trade, Pricing & Billing, and Liquidity Management . The role focuses on driving execution, alignment, and continuous improvement across multiple Agile teams in a scaled environment, ensuring successful delivery of high‑impact financial initiatives. Key Responsibilities Facilitate and manage Agile Release Train (ART) events including PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops. Coordinate multiple Agile teams to ensure alignment, dependency management, and delivery execution . Track and report on program‑level progress, risks, issues, and dependencies . Remove program‑level impediments and escalate where necessary. Collaborate with Product Management, Product Owners, Architects, and stakeholders to ensure delivery alignment. Drive continuous improvement and Agile maturity across teams. Support planning and delivery of initiatives across payments platforms, trading systems, billing engines, and liquidity/treasury systems. Ensure adherence to Agile, SAFe, and governance frameworks . Manage program risks and mitigation strategies . Enable transparency through metrics, dashboards, and reporting. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field. SAFe RTE certification or equivalent Agile certification (preferred). Experience Requirements 4–7 years of experience in Agile delivery roles (Scrum Master, Delivery Lead, or RTE). Experience working in scaled Agile environments (SAFe or similar frameworks) . Proven experience managing multiple teams and large‑scale delivery programs . Experience within financial services or banking environments is highly preferred. Technical & Tools Knowledge Strong understanding of Agile, SAFe, and Lean principles . Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps . Understanding of software delivery lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps practices. Familiarity with data, integration, and cloud‑based systems . Experience with reporting tools and dashboards for program tracking. Domain Experience (Highly Preferred) Payments: High‑volume transaction processing, settlement cycles, payment platforms. Pricing & Billing: Billing systems, pricing engines, revenue processes. Liquidity Management: Treasury systems, cash flow management, liquidity reporting.
