About The Role Are you a commercially driven professional who thrives in dynamic retail environments and knows how to turn strategy into tangible results? We are now looking for a Key Account Manager to join our Middle East & Africa Sales team, based in either Johannesburg or Cape Town. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end commercial management of key accounts across a true blend of online and offline channels, with a strong focus on brick-and-mortar retail. You will play a critical role in driving the success of our industry-leading consumer electronics portfolio by ensuring strong execution across customers and building impactful customer partnerships. The Impact You’ll Make Own and grow key account portfolios by implementing tailored sales strategies and performance plans aligned with business goals Lead a multi-year partnership as enabler of profitable growth and deliver Joint Business Plan targets (JBP) by implementing strategies to optimize distribution and maximize sales opportunities Manage strategic negotiations, develop optimal product and pricing strategies, and drive profitability across all assigned customers Ensure superior in-store and online presence, optimize promotional planning, and improve on-shelf availability Monitor channel performance and take corrective actions as needed to ensure alignment with company objectives Turn real-time data into actionable insights that improve sales execution, forecast accuracy, and customer engagement Create and test agile, localized sales models that respond to evolving consumer and market demands The Skills And Knowledge You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field 5-7 years of relevant experience in field sales, key account sales management, or commercial operations Proven track record in B2C environments – ideally within consumer electronics, appliances, FMCG, or retail industries Solid understanding of channel strategy, negotiation and vendor/partner contract management Strong financial literacy and ability to interpret and act on commercial KPI’s Proficiency in Excel and experience with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI, or similar tools) Applicants currently based in either Cape Town or Johannesburg are welcome to apply.
