Minimum Requirements:Matric (Grade 12) 4-6 Years Experience within a supervisory role in a manufacturing environment (food industry preferred) Knowledge of Industrial Relations (IR), including handling disciplinary procedures Strong communication and leadership skills Computer literacy, with strong skills in Microsoft Excel Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure efficient workflow Lead and manage a team of production staff, ensuring performance standards are met Enforce company policies and procedures, including disciplinary processes Handle industrial relations matters, including issuing of warnings where necessary Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health and safety regulations Maintain accurate records and reports, including production and staff performance Assist with payroll processes (where required) Communicate effectively with management and team members to ensure smooth operations Utilise computer systems, including Excel, for reporting and data tracking
