This role is responsible for defining the project vision, establishing robust planning frameworks, and managing end-to-end execution. Success is measured by delivering outcomes on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives. Professional Knowledge & Expertise Strong industry knowledge, preferably within insurance or financial services Proven experience within Rewards environments (non-negotiable), including: Rewards models and rule configuration Partnership strategy and onboarding Solid understanding of Agile project methodologies Qualifications & Certifications Relevant tertiary degree (Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related) Essential Certifications PMP / PgMP / ACP / CAPM (PMI) Experience Requirements Non-Negotiable 8–10 years’ project management experience with a strong delivery track record Ability to operate effectively in complex, fast-paced, and evolving environments Preferred Experience in Rewards Programmes and Data Analytics initiatives Key Responsibilities Establish and manage the overall project delivery framework, including governance structures Define roles, responsibilities, and ways of working across all stakeholders Facilitate workshops with business, technical teams, and external partners Develop and maintain an integrated project plan with clear milestones and dependencies Track progress and provide consolidated reporting across all workstreams Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across business and technology teams Ensure alignment across business, IT, compliance, and operations Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership Oversee vendor coordination and external engagements where applicable End-to-end project plan with milestones, timelines, and dependencies Workshop outputs including decisions, actions, and documented outcomes Weekly and monthly status reports with RAG indicators Risk, Issue, and Dependency (RAID) logs with mitigation plans Consolidated delivery roadmap across all teams Change management and communication plan to support adoption Project Setup Expectations Establish governance forums (e.g. steering committees, working groups) Implement collaboration tools, reporting templates, and dashboards Baseline scope, timelines, and success metrics Define stakeholder engagement and communication approach Secure required resources (people, systems, budget) Ensure compliance, risk, and operational readiness alignment Core Competencies Strategic decision-making Stakeholder and relationship management Change leadership and influence Strong communication and collaboration skills Results-driven with accountability Conflict resolution and problem-solving Adaptability and ability to manage ambiguityIndependent, proactive self-starter Skills Agile Scrum SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) PMI-PMP #J-18808-Ljbffr
