It offers hands‑on experience in sales administration and customer management Key Responsibilities & Duties: Process sales orders, invoices, and contracts; track and maintain records. Update customer databases (CRM) and prepare sales reports and forecasts. Coordinate with logistics, finance, and warehouse teams for order fulfilment. Handle sales‑related administrative paperwork. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve order or delivery issues. Coordination & Communication Schedule meetings and support the sales team with follow‑ups. Collaborate with marketing on promotional materials and campaigns. Ensure accurate documentation of sales agreements. Requirements Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field. Analytical, detail‑oriented, and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
