Theyre looking for a hands-on Financial Manager whos comfortable operating in the details, someone who can own reporting, controls, compliance and analysis while still partnering with leadership on business decisions. This is not a "sit back and delegate" environment. Its for someone who enjoys being in the engine room of finance and making sure that every moving part works exactly as it should.Key Responsibilities: Manage the full financial reporting function and month-end close process Prepare management accounts, financial statements, and reporting packs Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Manage IFRS compliance, including IFRS 16 accounting Handle reconciliations, journals and balance sheet integrity Support audits, tax compliance and statutory reporting Monitor cash flow, payments and financial controls Partner with operational teams and leadership on financial performance and insights Drive process improvements and strengthen finance efficiencies Job Experience and Skills Required: Qualified CA(SA) or CIMA 4+ years post-articles experience in a financial management role Strong IFRS 16 experience essential Advanced MS Excel skills Hands-on approach with strong technical and operational finance capability Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment If youre ready to step into a finance role where you actually own the numbers, not just review them, this could be your next smart move!
