Responsibilities Manage and oversee parts departments across multiple vehicle franchises (passenger and commercial) Drive profitability through effective pricing, stock control, and supplier management Ensure optimal stock levels, minimizing obsolescence and maximizing availability Lead, develop, and manage parts teams across all franchises Implement and maintain efficient parts processes and systems Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs and suppliers Ensure compliance with company policies and manufacturer standards Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of the parts division Requirements Minimum 10 years’ experience in Parts Management Proven experience managing parts within a multi-franchise environment Strong knowledge of both passenger and commercial vehicle parts operations Solid understanding of inventory management, pricing strategies, and logistics Proven leadership and team management experience Strong financial and business acumen Excellent communication and organisational skills Strategic thinking and leadership Strong analytical and problem‑solving ability Results‑driven and performance‑focused High attention to detail Ability to manage complexity across multiple operations Advantageous Experience working with multiple OEM brands Exposure to high-volume dealership or group environments Relevant tertiary qualification (beneficial) #J-18808-Ljbffr
