Drive sales by promoting, selling, and supporting customers to achieve monthly & annual targets, as well as market share growth of the branch. Sales & Business Development Identify, approach and frequently visit existing and potential customers. Present and demonstrate agricultural machines and implements. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets. Provide market and finance deal options and structures to customers. Compare different equipment models based on efficiency and long‑term cost savings. Achieve monthly and quarterly targets to increase market share. Provide accurate forecasting based on market segment trends and target market share. Explain financing options, interest rates, installment plans, and other finance requirements to customers. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Provide after‑sales support and follow‑ups to ensure customer satisfaction. Address customer concerns and provide solutions. Ensure professional and effective service delivery. Product Knowledge & Technical Expertise Stay updated on the latest agricultural equipment usage, features and benefits. Follow the latest technology trends. Track precision farming trends and applications in the mechanisation sector. Sales Administration, Systems, and Reporting Prepare quotations and proposals using SAP, Sales App, and Microsoft Office. Calculate profit margins and discounts accurately. Track customer visits in CRM. Follow correct administrative procedures to complete deals. Monitor stock on hand. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Inherent Requirements Minimum Required Education Matric / Grade 12 (minimum required experience). Related Experience 3‑5 years proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in Agriculture Equipment. Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Proven agricultural & technical knowledge; understanding of machinery and implements. Experience working with tractors, combines or related machinery is advantageous. Experience building and maintaining relationships with farmers. Sales or Technical Customer Support Experience. Experience with SAP or similar systems. Experience with a customer relations program.
