Key Responsibilities: Prepare and present high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods to exact standards Ensure all mise-en-place is prepared and ready for service Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and stock control Ensure consistency in portioning, presentation, and quality Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver an exceptional dining experience Assist in maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient pastry section Requirements: Grade 12 and a recognised Chef Qualification or Diploma Previous experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or similar role within a professional kitchen Strong understanding of pastry techniques and dessert preparation Excellent attention to detail and presentation skills Ability to work calmly under pressure in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Professional, reliable, and adaptable approach to workWillingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays Salary: Market Related If you are passionate about pastry and looking to grow your career within a luxury hospitality environment, we would love to hear from you.
