About the Role : We are seeking a dedicated professional to handle various feedback and product quality complaints from sales or customers. This role involves conducting cause analysis, providing improvement measures, and coordinating discussions with HQ, customers, and sales teams. Responsibilities Handle various feedback and product quality complaints from sales or customers. Conduct cause analysis and provide improvement measures, and solutions by coordinating discussions with HQ, customers, and sales. Conduct frequent site visits across different African countries when needed, as requested by team members and approved by the Africa team leader. Conduct on-site commissioning across different African countries when needed, as requested by team members and approved by the Africa team leader. Provide customers with component installation training, technical Q&A, or component-related on-site testing with support from the technical team member. Provide reports on open complaint cases and be able to perform, explain, and defend reports when needed. Take part in site surveys and build relationships with different local partners for site surveys and construction if needed. Manage the products (PV modules & BESS) spare parts. Collect project pictures and videos and get approval from clients to use them for marketing. Collaborate with internal departments, including sales, marketing, and R&D, to support business objectives and initiatives. Qualifications Relevant educational background in engineering, business, or a related field. Required Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting. Preferred Skills Experience in the solar energy industry. Familiarity with PV modules and BESS technologies. Previous experience in customer service or technical support roles. Engineer with a good knowledge of photovoltaic system design and battery energy storage systems (BESS).
