Rope Access Technician Level 3 (Supervision & Management) Overview of position: Our Client is looking for people who are enthusiastic, outgoing, detail oriented, organised, a team player, able to multitask and takes ownership of their portion of the project. The project administrators will provide administrative, secretariat and logistics support to the project manager to facilitate an observer forum that will participate in the Western Cape Rights Allocation process as observers. Based in CPT Duties and responsibilities: Convening meetings and consolidating discussion documents emanating from the forum Coordinating of various meetings Completing minutes for various meetings Providing all logistical arrangements of the observer forum, which include Transportation and accommodation arrangements of members of the forum to and from all meeting venues in the community Consolidating and submitting a final report indicating the findings of the observer forum Tracking progress and providing regular updates Track tasks and ensure deadlines are met Categorise, file, share, store, and update project documentation Track allocated resources Monitor quality of documentation received Experience required: 1-3 Years Qualification: Tertiary Qualification Skills: Must be a team player, willing to go the extra mile and use initiative Must have community participation experience Must have good Microsoft Word and Excel skills Must be able to communicate well in groups Must have exceptional organisational skills Must have working knowledge of google sheets Must have working knowledge of project management tools such as Asana Must have a drivers licence Ability to work under pressure Ability to use collaboration tools, e.g., Asana and Google Sheets #J-18808-Ljbffr
