Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and schedule installation teams for retail campaigns and projects Ensure teams are fully briefed and equipped for each rollout Track project timelines and manage multiple installations simultaneously Liaise with logistics to ensure materials are delivered on schedule Identify and resolve delays, scheduling conflicts, or operational issues proactively Provide support to installation teams during project rollouts Conduct quality checks and ensure installations meet required standards Communicate progress updates and completion feedback to clients Maintain accurate project records, reports, and documentation Minimum Requirements: 2+ yearsâ experience in a coordination, project admin, or operational support role Strong administrative and Microsoft Excel skills Excellent organisational and time management abilities Able to work accurately in a deadline-driven environment Strong communication and problem-solving skills Driverâs license and reliable transport essential Willingness to work overtime when required Experience within retail, visual merchandising, shopfitting, or installations Diploma in Project Management or Business Administration.
