Description This role is based full time in Rostock. A relocation package can be offered if required. As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will be the competent point of contact for all HR topics within a defined network of our Fulfillment Center and Delivery Stations. You support location management and all colleagues with your professional HR expertise and are available with empathy and flexibility to answer any questions that arise. Region Rostock, Neubrandenburg and surrounding area. Key Responsibilities Act as a competent partner in employment law matters, working closely with the works council, HR management and site leadership to enhance the workplace environment and foster positive employee relations. Work closely with managers in your area of responsibilities and support them in carrying out their management duties. Ensure the seamless execution of all operational personnel processes at the sites in the responsible region. Establish effective working relationships with employees at all levels, in particular through regular presence at the locations. Organise and implement HR projects in cooperation with operational areas. Resolve multi‑faceted employee concerns, including complaints and complex disciplinary issues. Analyse data and prepare reports on key figures and implement policies. Basic Qualifications Can travel and relocate as appropriate. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field. Comprehensive knowledge of local labour law. Proven experience as an HR generalist with a strong foundation in HR theory, practices and employee development systems. Demonstrated track record in hourly workforce management. Advanced proficiency in MS Office and HR information systems. Experience collaborating with works councils. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and optimise resource utilisation. Fluent in both English and German (written and spoken). Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in Human Resources Management. Proven track record in executive talent assessment and development. Expertise in designing and implementing compensation strategies. Demonstrated HR generalist experience in organisations with 250+ employees. Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
