The successful candidate will coordinate labour, subcontractors, and materials while ensuring all wet trade and finishing work is completed to high-quality standards, on time, and in compliance with health and safety regulations. The role requires strong leadership, solid site supervision experience, and a good understanding of construction drawings and site processes. Candidates must have proven residential construction experience and reside in the Western Cape. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily on-site operations. Coordinate labour, subcontractors, and materials. Ensure projects are completed on time and to standard. Enforce health and safety regulations. Report progress to project management. 5-8 years proven experience as a Wet Trade Foreman. NQF2 advantageous. Red Seal Certificate advantageous. MBA advantageous. Must reside in the Western Cape. Experience Required Solid experience in residential construction. Experience in wet trades and finishing. Strong leadership and site supervision skills.
