Key Responsibilities Manage client onboarding processes (including nCino) Verify data and ensure accurate document management Collect and manage all KYC, VAT, and tax documentation Maintain and update internal compliance procedures Support the Branch Manager with compliance documentation Assist walk-in clients and provide administrative sales support Coordinate and schedule meetings for the sales team Support client communication on behalf of the sales team Conduct client visits and assist with onboarding and compliance education Provide compliance training to regional teams (including KZN) Assist in maintaining and updating sales team social media platforms Requirements & Attributes Strong understanding of compliance, regulatory standards, and risk management High attention to detail and strong analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Highly organised with strong administrative capabilities Tech-savvy (MS Office, virtual meeting tools, CRM systems, social media) Professional, trustworthy, and discreet Willingness to travel locally when required Adaptable and open to change Important Shortlisted candidates will be required to undergo a polygraph assessment A clear credit report is mandatory #J-18808-Ljbffr
