Experience - Minimum Requirements: 810+ years in software development 35+ years in a management or leadership role Experience within the short-term insurance industry (preferred/strongly preferred) Proven experience managing development teams in a delivery-driven environment Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, release processes, and production risk management Ability to engage at a technical level (code reviews, problem-solving, architecture discussions)
