A well-established and fast-paced organisation is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to Directors and ensure the smooth running of executive and office operations. Key Responsibilities Provide confidential executive and personal assistance to the management team Manage complex diaries, scheduling, and travel arrangements Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and manage follow-ups Act as a key liaison between executives, stakeholders, and service providers Supervise and coordinate support staff and administrative functions Manage sensitive information with a high level of discretion Assist with the coordination of corporate events and functions Ensure compliance with Health & Safety requirements and procedures Requirements Proven experience supporting senior executives or directors Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities High level of professionalism and confidentiality Ability to multitask and work effectively in a high-pressure environment Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) #J-18808-Ljbffr
