The Regional Head of Sales is responsible for driving commercial performance across multiple regions by translating national sales strategy into clear, actionable regional plans. The role focuses on delivering key sales metrics including revenue growth, conversion, yield, and net membership while ensuring consistent execution through structured planning and disciplined operations. Responsibilities Commercial Performance: Own and deliver regional sales targets across revenue, conversion, and membership growth. Monitor performance trends, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure consistent delivery. Strategy Implementation: Translate national sales strategies into regional execution plans with defined actions, timelines, and accountability. Ensure alignment across sales, marketing, and operational teams. Team Leadership & Development: Lead and develop Area Sales Managers and their teams, driving a high-performance culture through coaching, accountability, and continuous capability building. Focus on succession planning, retention, and leadership development. Sales Productivity & Workforce Management: Improve sales productivity, optimise resource allocation, and strengthen onboarding and training processes to drive performance and reduce attrition. Performance Management & Reporting: Maintain strong operating rhythms through regular performance reviews, accurate forecasting, and data-driven insights to guide decision-making. Market Insight & Opportunity Creation: Analyse regional market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and enhance market relevance. Operational Excellence & Governance: Ensure consistent use of systems, tools, and processes to maintain visibility on pipeline, conversion, and customer experience. Uphold strong financial and operational discipline across the region. Requirements Proven multi-site sales leadership experience within a regional or area management role. Strong commercial, analytical, and strategic thinking capability. Demonstrated success in leading, coaching, and developing high-performance teams. Ability to drive performance through multiple management layers. Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
