What You’ll Be Doing Provide 2nd & 3rd‑line escalation support for incidents and service requests. Troubleshoot performance, connectivity, and system health issues. Support migration and maintenance of workloads in Azure and Microsoft 365. Implement security, compliance, and identity configurations in Azure AD and M365. Participate in infrastructure upgrade and transformation projects. Document solutions, changes, and designs following OryxAlign standards. Maintain and support Windows Server / Active Directory / Group Policy Virtualisation platforms (VMware / Hyper‑V) On‑prem and cloud storage systems Backup platforms and DR environments What You’ll Bring Strong experience in Windows Server, AD, Group Policy. Skilled in Azure AD & Microsoft 365 administration. Hands‑on experience with VMware or Hyper‑V virtualisation. Knowledge of storage systems and backup platforms. Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation. Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills. Education Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent (NQF Level 4) – essential. IT‑related tertiary qualification (e.g., Diploma or Certificate in IT, Computer Science, or Information Systems) – preferred Certifications Microsoft Certifications (e.g., AZ‑104, MS‑102, AZ‑900). CompTIA Network+ / Server+ (advantageous). VMware VCP or Hyper‑V experience beneficial. Windows Server certifications. Cisco CCNA (advantageous). Experience 3+ years’ experience in Infrastructure / Systems Engineering within MSP or multi‑tenant environments.
