Role Overview As a Client Growth Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with a portfolio of financial clients. You will take ownership post‑onboarding, ensuring clients are activated, engaged, and supported in achieving measurable growth through tailored financial strategies and tools. Key Responsibilities Lead post‑onboarding activation and ensure all financial systems and channels are fully operational. Define and implement client‑specific growth strategies based on performance, industry trends, and financial goals. Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to increase client value and retention. Reactivate dormant or underperforming accounts through targeted financial interventions. Conduct regular business reviews and provide data‑driven insights and forecasts. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve onboarding issues and enhance client experience. Maintain accurate records and growth forecasts using CRM and reporting tools. Skills & Experience Proven experience in Sales, Client Success, or Financial Services. Fintech experience is essential. Strong understanding of financial products, payment systems, and business operations. Familiarity with the retail and hospitality sectors is a plus. Ability to work independently and manage remote engagements. Proficiency in CRM platforms and performance tracking tools. Personal Attributes Strategic thinker with a financial growth mindset.
