About the Role We're hiring a Recruiting Operations Associate to be a force multiplier across our recruiting engine. You'll spend your time talking to candidates, running operational workflows, and using AI tools to move faster than a traditional agency ever could. This is a hybrid role — part candidate-facing, part behind-the-scenes operator — and it's a great fit for someone who loves the pace of recruiting or sales but wants to build leverage through technology rather than brute-force outreach. You'll work directly with our founders and recruiters, so you'll get exposure to every part of the business and have real ownership from day one. What You'll Do Run candidate conversations end-to-end — outreach, screens, status updates, and ongoing relationship management Build and maintain operational workflows across our ATS, CRM, and AI tooling stack Use AI tools daily to source, evaluate, draft communications, summarize calls, and automate repetitive work Partner with recruiters to keep pipelines clean, accurate, and moving Surface insights about the US hiring market — comp benchmarks, candidate sentiment, hiring trends — to help us advise clients better Identify bottlenecks in our process and propose (or build) solutions, often with AI in the loop Help shape how a modern recruiting agency operates from the ground up What We're Looking For 0–5 years of experience in agency recruiting, sales, business development, or a comparable high-volume, candidate or client-facing role Heavy current AI usage — you should be using tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and others daily and have strong opinions about what works. If you're not actively using AI in your workflow today, this role isn't the right fit Strong understanding of the US hiring market — roles, comp, geographies, what "good" looks like across functions Genuine interest in technology and how it's reshaping work, hiring, and operations Operational mindset — you spot inefficiencies, you build systems, and you don't let things fall through the cracks Excellent written and verbal communication — you'll be representing Raydar to candidates every day Comfort working remotely with high autonomy and high accountability Nice to Have Experience building automations (Zapier, Make, n8n) or working with AI agents and APIs Background recruiting in tech, GTM, or other specialized verticals Prior experience at a startup or in a small, fast-moving team Why Raydar Direct mentorship from founders and senior operators Real ownership and a clear path to grow into recruiting, ops, or GTM leadership Build a function from scratch using the best AI tools available — not bolt them onto a legacy process Fully remote, with flexibility to work the way you work best #J-18808-Ljbffr
