What Youll Be Doing Driving product vision, strategy, and roadmap planning Managing and prioritising the product backlog Translating business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria Collaborating closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders Ensuring product goals and delivery remain aligned Gathering customer feedback and using insights to improve products Monitoring product performance and identifying opportunities for enhancement Helping deliver seamless user experiences through a customer-first mindset Supporting successful product launches alongside marketing and support teams What Were Looking For Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role within a software development environment Solid understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution Organised, analytical, and detail-oriented approach Comfortable working in a fast-moving, collaborative environment Experience with tools such as Jira and/or Basecamp advantageous Relevant Agile or Product certifications beneficial but not essential Why Join?
