Our client is looking for an experienced Credit Data Analyst who: has strong data analytics capabilities, pays attention to detail, delivers work of a high quality, can process, manipulate, and transform large volumes of data (1 million+), performs extensive analysis on data and produces summary results in a visual format to ultimately tell a story using data. The successful individual needs to be a team player who works alongside others to identify and contribute to initiatives leading to company success. Duties & Responsibilities Measure and manage the performance across multiple credit products. Evaluate and improve business decisions, substantiated by data-driven analyses. Create credit strategies. Run and improve forecasting simulations. Report back to management around the credit risk status of the business. Computer Literacy Advanced Excel (essential) Excel VBA (preferential) / Python (preferential) / R (preferential) Travel: International travel may be required from time to time. Desired Experience & Qualification QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Mathematical/statistical background e.g. B.Sc. Mathematics/Statistics/Actuarial Science/Engineering degree. 5+ years in data analysis/modelling (not only using Excel but other tools including SQL/SAS). Ability to work with millions of rows.
