The successful candidate will supervise teams, coordinate subcontractors and materials, and ensure all finishing work is completed to high-quality standards, on schedule, and in line with health and safety regulations. Strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage timelines and workmanship are essential. Candidates must have solid residential construction experience and a good understanding of construction drawings and site processes. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily on-site operations. Coordinate labour, subcontractors, and materials. Ensure projects are completed on time and to standard. Enforce health and safety regulations. Report progress to project management. 5 years proven experience as aFinishing Foreman. NQF2 advantageous Red Seal Certificate advantageous. MBA advantageous. Must reside in the Western Cape. Experience Solid experience in residential construction. Experience in wet trades and finishing. Strong leadership and site supervision skills.
