As the FP&A Analyst, you will partner with key stakeholders, analyze financial trends, develop dashboards, and provide valuable commercial insights to support business performance and growth.Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgeting processes Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and commercial opportunities Build and automate dashboards and management reporting packs Partner with business units to provide financial insights and performance analysis Assist with strategic planning, KPI tracking, and scenario modelling Improve reporting efficiencies and support data-driven decision-making Job Experience and Skills Required: Education: BCom Honours in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field CA(SA) qualification is a non negotiable Experience: 35 years experience within FP&A, Commercial Finance, Business Analytics, or related roles Experience within fintech, financial services, technology, or fast-paced commercial environments advantageous Strong exposure to data analysis, reporting automation, and financial modelling Experience working with large datasets and multiple reporting systems Skills: Advanced Excel skills Power BI, Tableau, or similar dashboarding tools SQL, Power Query, or data visualization experience advantageous Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills For more exciting Finance vacancies, please visit:
