ENVIRONMENT: A Company who builds and scales AI, SaaS and Talent platforms, is currently looking for an AI-enabled Full Stack Developer to build and scale modern SaaS platforms where AI is embedded in core product functionality. You will work on production-grade systems including AI-driven automation, sentiment analysis, review processing, and decision engines. This role is focused on delivering scalable, reliable, and maintainable systems in a fast-paced international environment. DUTIES: Design, build, and maintain full stack applications (frontend + backend) Integrate and orchestrate AI services (LLMs, APIs, workflows) Develop scalable APIs and microservices Translate business requirements into AI-powered features Ensure reliability of AI systems (validation, guardrails, fallback logic) Optimize performance across frontend, backend, and AI layers Collaborate on system architecture and technical design Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes REQUIREMENTS: Tech Stack Expectations Frontend: React or Angular, TypeScript Backend: Java (Spring Boot), .NET (ASP.NET Core), or Python (FastAPI/Django) AI Stack: LangChain / LlamaIndex / OpenAI API or similar LLM integrations Infrastructure: Cloud (AWS/Azure), APIs, CI/CD pipelines (preferred) Core Requirements 3+ years’ experience as Full Stack Developer Proven experience delivering production-grade applications Strong understanding of REST APIs and system integration Experience with SQL databases Familiarity with Git-based workflows Ability to work independently and deliver end-to-end features Strong English communication skills Nice-to-Have Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) Vector databases (e.g. Pinecone, Weaviate) Docker / Kubernetes CI/CD pipelines Experience in SaaS or platform environments ATTRIBUTES: Execution-driven mindset (focus on delivery) Strong ownership and accountability Structured and scalable thinking Comfortable working in fast-paced environments Able to collaborate across international teams
