CORE PURPOSE The purpose of this position is to manage a sales team to achieve sales targets. Core Functions Motivate and drive sales performance for the enrolment intakes Provide leadership support to the sales team as a group and on an individual basis Have an understanding of CRM and utilising it as a tool to maintain positive sales conversion as a group and individual basis Conduct necessary process, product and system training for newly appointed sales consultants Have an understanding of the MANCOSA formal learning programme offering and value proposition Ensure regulatory compliance by the sales team and adherence to institutional policies Create developmental journey per sales consultant based on strengths and areas of development. Qualifications Minimum 4 years of work experience in a sales leadership role with track record of sales target achievement Minimum 7 years of work experience within the sales environment Hold the appropriate public speaking and presentation skills Administrative skills and report writing Related Knowledge, Competencies and Skills Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) Attention to detail and sound time management skills Well-versed in business administration best practices Understanding of the sales leadership role Understanding of sales environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must be able to multi-task Consulting and engaging with appropriate stakeholders Statistical efficiency Excellent communication and writing skills Proficient in MS Office Planning, organising and negotiating skills Integrity and honesty Detail oriented Creative and innovative Ability to work under pressure Assertive Additional Requirements Will be required to work overtime Will be required to Travel Will be required to work weekends Will be required to have a valid drivers license #J-18808-Ljbffr
