The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and expanding opportunities within the market. Key Responsibilities Achieve sales targets through effective planning and execution. Promote, sell, and secure orders from both existing and prospective customers. Develop and implement sales plans by channel, brand, and area. Manage key accounts and execute brand-building activities. Conduct customer visits and calls as per agreed schedules. Provide in-store support, including promotions, tastings, merchandising, and displays. Research and develop prospective customer leads. Supply management with feedback on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity. Participate in trade shows and conventions. Degree or Diploma in Sales. At least 3 years of proven sales experience. Strong communication, selling, and people skills. Ability to plan, organize, and handle difficult customers effectively. Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Proficiency in Excel. Valid driver's licence and own transport. Personal Attributes Passion for sales with a high level of integrity.
