What You'll Be Responsible For As the dedicated Credit Controller for the Tshwane region, you will:Manage the full debtors function for your portfolio Capture and allocate customer payments, refunds, direct deposits, and COD payments Follow up on outstanding accounts and ensure timely collections Process approved journals and account adjustments Manage customer rebates, discounts, claims, and deductions Resolve customer queries and provide supporting documentation including invoices, credit notes, and PODs Conduct credit checks and process new customer credit applications Monitor customer credit limits and maintain accurate master data Manage customer portals, including Spar claims and remittance processing Participate in weekly age analysis meetings with Sales Representatives Present monthly age analysis reports and outstanding queries to Management Release orders in line with approved credit control procedures Maintain accurate filing and customer records Send weekly schedules to customers and maintain strong customer relationships What We're Looking For Essential Requirements Grade 12 qualification (tertiary qualification advantageous) 35 years' experience in a Credit Control role FMCG industry experience is advantageous Strong working knowledge of Syspro and the MS Office Suite, particularly Excel Key Skills & Attributes Excellent reconciliation abilities Strong verbal and written communication skills High levels of integrity and professionalism Exceptional attention to detail Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously Strong customer relationship management skills Self-motivated and able to work independently Team player with a collaborative approach Why Join?
