Employer Description Our client is a Property Development / Management company Job Description You will be responsible for 12 commercial portfolios with the following duties: Manage all aspects of property operations and facilities management Monitoring utility consumption Monthly and annual Budgeting and management reporting Liaison with tenants and contractors Oversight of tenant fit-outs Identifying and rectifying repairs and maintenance items Manage service provider service level agreements Ensure that health and safety measures are compliant to the relevant standards and laws All other tasks and responsibilities reasonably necessary to perform function of property operations and facilities manager Qualifications Electrical or Mechanical qualification Skills Min 5 yrs experience in a facilities management role in Commercial properties MS Office Professional, well-spoken and willing to work overtime
