Relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, Cost & Management Accounting, or a related field. Proven experience in a Management Accounting, Cost Accounting, Commercial Finance, or similar role within a manufacturing environment. Strong experience with:Product costing and cost accounting Material cost analysis Variance analysis Margin and profitability analysis Budgeting and forecasting Financial reporting and performance analysis Cost optimisation initiatives SAP experience is essential and non-negotiable. Advanced Excel skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and influence business decisions through financial insight.
