Oracle ERP (EBS & HCM) Technical Administrator Support Services We are recruiting for an Oracle ERP (EBS & HCM) Technical Administrator Support Services role for a client located in Pretoria, South Africa on a contract basis. Responsibilities Provision of technical administration and operational support services across Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Fusion HCM, and associated platforms. Management and monitoring of system environments, including performance optimisation and stability. Execution of system upgrades, patching, and quarterly release activities. Resolution of technical incidents and service requests, including root cause analysis. Support for integrations, interfaces, and middleware to ensure continuity of business processes. Provision of technical support during critical business processing periods. Administration of security, access controls, and authentication mechanisms. Development and maintenance of technical documentation, including runbooks and standard operating procedures. Qualifications At least eight (8) years’ experience as an Oracle E‑Business Suite (EBS) technical resource in a project and/or support environment. Proven experience with data conversions and integrations. Strong capability to design, architect, and develop technical solutions. Working knowledge of quality assurance, testing, and release management practices. Good understanding of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
