Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the full supply chain function including procurement, expediting, logistics, and warehousing Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with project timelines and business objectives Source, evaluate, and manage local and international suppliers and subcontractors Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure cost-effective procurement Drive supplier performance, compliance, and quality assurance Collaborate closely with engineering, project management, and finance teams Monitor market trends, risks, and opportunities within the supply chain Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and industry standards Optimize inventory levels and improve supply chain efficiency Lead and mentor a supply chain team Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Engineering, or related field 7–10 years’ experience in supply chain or procurement within an engineering, EPC, or industrial environment Proven leadership experience managing supply chain teams Strong negotiation and contract management skills Experience with international sourcing and logistics Knowledge of ERP systems and supply chain best practices Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Advantageous Experience in mining, minerals processing, or heavy engineering projects Exposure to project-based procurement environments Professional certifications (e.g., CIPS) #J-18808-Ljbffr
