Requirements Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Grill Cook in a steakhouse or grill house. Strong skills in grilling steaks, chops, seafood and managing grill station service. Knowledge of meat cuts, doneness levels and quality standards. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and maintain consistency during peak service. Good hygiene practices and HACCP awareness.
