An opportunity is available for a PRODUCTION MANAGER within a high-volume FMCG manufacturing facility, responsible for overseeing production processes, efficiencies, and output quality, based in Northern KZN. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Manage full production operations and daily output targets Ensure production meets quality, safety, and efficiency standards Optimize production processes and reduce waste Manage production teams and supervisors Monitor KPIs: output, downtime, wastage, efficiency Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, and logistics Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food standards Implement continuous improvement initiatives Manage production planning and scheduling Control labour utilization and productivity EDUCATION, QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS Degree / Diploma in Production / Engineering / Operations 5–10 years’ FMCG manufacturing experience Strong leadership and production management experience Understanding of production systems and efficiencies Knowledge of quality standards and compliance Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability Stable employment history essential Traceable & contactable references Local residency or relocation required #J-18808-Ljbffr
