About the Role You will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce precision components to specification. You’ll work within a fast‑paced production environment where quality, accuracy, and safety are non‑negotiable. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC milling machines, lathes, or machining centres (Fanuc / Siemens control systems) Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and job cards Perform in‑process quality checks using precision measurement tools Carry out routine machine maintenance and identify faults timeously Complete production documentation accurately Comply with all health, safety, and quality standards Production documentation Safety compliance What We’re Looking For Minimum 3–5 years’ hands‑on CNC operating experience in a manufacturing environment Proven experience with Fanuc or equivalent CNC control systems CAM software and programming capabilities Fanuc / Siemens programming Machine maintenance experience Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and tolerances Trade qualification or relevant technical certificate advantageous (N2/N3 Engineering or Fitting & Turning/Machining trade test) Strong attention to detail and quality mindset Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to work shifts if required #J-18808-Ljbffr
