Career Growth Hospitality Recruitment are looking for a Creative & Graphic Designer to join the Commercial and Marketing team of a leading luxury lifestyle and hospitality group based in Cape Town. This is an exciting opportunity for a creatively driven designer who enjoys working across branding, digital campaigns, social media, print design, and visual storytelling. The role is ideal for someone who combines strong conceptual thinking with high-quality design execution and enjoys contributing to impactful brand experiences. Key Responsibilities: Develop creative campaign concepts and brand-led ideas Design engaging visuals for digital, print, social media, events, and marketing campaigns Create brochures, presentations, menus, signage, emailers, advertisements, and sales tools Assist with visual storytelling across multiple hospitality and lifestyle brands Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs Prepare artwork for both print and digital production Collaborate with the Commercial and Marketing teams on creative campaigns and business objectives Support social media and digital marketing with compelling visual content Assist with photography, video editing, motion graphics, and multimedia content where required Maintain organised design files and creative assets Requirements: Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field Minimum 5 years’ professional graphic design experience Minimum 3 years’ experience working with premium brands Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and conceptual design ability Advanced experience working with the full Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Experience with social media content creation Experience with WordPress web design advantageous Photography and video editing skills advantageous Strong typography, layout, and colour theory skills Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines Salary: R25 000 – R35 000 This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and commercially minded creative professional looking to grow within a dynamic and fast-paced hospitality and lifestyle environment.
