Core Criteria Min 5‑10 years in a travel‑related role Comprehensive knowledge of destination travel throughout Africa True destination insider with knowledge of all the secret spots Exceptional written and verbal English skills Ability to multitask and manage emergencies effectively Exceptional attention to detail and highly organized High level of creativity and the ability to think outside of the box Great interpersonal and customer service skills Highly presentable and trustworthy Ability to think strategically Ability to work under pressure Proactive and self‑driven individual Excellent knowledge on industry trends and latest locations Duties Maintain relationships with international agents Stay on top of quotations and administration Prepare proposals and provide timely responses to briefs Plan and develop new products and programs Effectively manage finances and revenue control Represent the company at dinners, study tours, and meet and greets Develop new initiatives Conduct regular quality assurance to ensure standards are maintained Live‑out position.
