Assist upper management with real-time agent performance tracking and reports. Ensure data accuracy, dashboard updates, and tech support for team tools. Collaborate on special projects and help identify process improvements. Work closely with team leads and agents to drive performance and engagement. Skills, Qualifications and Requirements: CRM or financial systems experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.). Strong Excel skills – including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and reporting. Matric required; studies in Business, IT, or Finance are a plus. Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive. Energetic, outgoing, and enthusiastic personality. Comfortable working shifts and 6 days per week.
